I was the youngest, so everyone was so fabulous and took care of me. I was close to everyone.

I will be singing God Bless the Child on the AI album. It's the one I got the best critique on.

You would think I would have but since I've been home, I've been to Boston and New York. So, NO! I haven't had any downtime, but it's been great.

Well, of course I was sad. But actually I just really had to go pee. That's kind of what I was thinking of. Cuz when I get really nervous I'm just like, 'I just really have to go pee!'

It was so great to meet him. He's really hot in person. He's kind of quiet, but I can hold a conversation for the both of us so it's not that bad. He's really nice and the flowers were beautiful that he gave me were beautiful and it was good. It was fabulous.

I don't know for sure if I'm going to Chicago for the mall tour. I know for sure that I'm going to New York and Philadelphia, but I hope I can go to Chicago.

What are your plans now that you're off American Idol?

I still have to do the recording for the AI compilation, and I still have to finish up the weekend tours, and if I don't get called back then I still plan on moving out to LA. So, just at this point I live each day by like the hour, cuz things seem to just always change. But I do still plan on moving out to California.

Are you going to go back to school?

I did go back to school because I had to withdraw because I am being tutored now. But I went back and everyone was so fabulous. Everyone was very excited and so supportive and they had American Idol posters everywhere. So, it was nice to go back to school.

Yes, I do visit the forums. And to everyone that goes in there and sticks up for me you're so nice. I LOVE YOU and I read them so thank you.

The date of my prom is the same day as one of the tours and so if I go to one of those tours then I can't, but if I don't go then I still can go - so it's still kind of up in the air.

When was the first time you felt like a celebrity?

It's so crazy. I think it was on my way home and I was in the airport and people were like, 'Mikalah, Mikalah, can I have your autograph?' And so when people knew who I was at the airport, that was really nice. I think I felt a little famous then.

Are you going to be on any talk shows any time soon?

Ummm, I'm not sure yet. I know that I'll be doing some of the local news stations where ever I go, but I'm not sure. So, just keep watching the TV and hopefully I'll be on some stuff soon.

What did you think of the judges?

I thought all the judges were really fabulous. I definitely listened to them and listened to their critiques. And took from them what I thought could help me. But yeah, I definitely respected what they had to say and they were all really nice - even Simon!

I don't know yet, but hopefully if I am, I'll get to meet you! BUt I don't know yet. I don't know if I'll be in Conneticut

What advice do you have for someone wanting to get into the industry?

Mikalah Gordonbr> To just have soooo much fun and just be yourself because that's the best thing you can do. Cuz if that's what you wanna do then don't hold back. Don't hold back and just be yourself.

Yeah, I plan on making it - everything is kind of busy right now, but I do plan on making it.

You know what, after being on this show, you kind of just have a respect for everyone who's ever been on the show. Because of the things that you experience that they had to experience too and whether you like them or not, you just kind of like everyone becuase it's so hard. But I really liked Fantasia and I really thought that she deserved to win.

I really want to stick to some of the things that I did on the show. But I think that I want it to be mostly R&B.

Umm, actually I've had a lot of offers to do acting, so while I'm definitely not giving up on singing, I'm also looking into some acting right now too.
